Photos published by Birzieciu Zodis

In the last few years I've been photographing the Strongest Man Competition for couple of newspapers in Lithuania. This year, I also wrote an article about the event. My photos from the Arnold Classic 2010 Strongest Man competition along with the article that I wrote were recently published by 'Birzieciu Zodis'! It came out in a Friday issue and filled two and a half pages of the newspaper. Here are a few photos from the event that weren't printed.

After a few tries of unsuccessfully picking up the stone Z. Savickas pulled it together and threw it to where it needed to go

Also, jurbarkiskis.lt, a regional news portal in Jurbarkas, a town in Lithuania, published couple of my photographs from the Fitness Competition that took place at the same festival.

Business stationary

In one of my graphic design classes an assignment was to come up with a name and then design a logo and business stationary for a made up company specializing in secure file transmitting.

First, I sketched 8 different logos. Instructor then narrowed down to top 3 and I made the final selection (thumbnail #9):

The logo was then designed in Adobe Illustrator.

Next, I designed a business card (front and back)...

... business envelope...

... and business letterhead.

And finally, a quarter page black and white add to run in a local newspaper.
